Community Purchase Decision Modeling in Bali with Non-Linier Methods

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in all activities having to be carried out by implementing physical distancing or social accordance with health protocols for mutual safety. government encourages people do more at home, including shopping. Consumer perception of purchasing goods online is a process evaluating various alternatives and choosing one alternative purchase using internet media. appealed the public take advantage shopping minimize spread Covid-19. This indicates that there are factors influence consumer perceptions during pandemic. purpose this study was examine effect perceived convenience, benefits, trustworthiness, product quality on people’s decisions Bali Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach, Support Vector Regression (SVR), Feed Forward Neural Network (FFNN). Based results tests out, SEM-PLS model able produce an R2 value 72.7% MAPE 337.37, SVR 65.88% 219.56 FFNN 97.28% 90.22. resulting values, gives highest compared other models.
